Legal Notice
Last updated: 30 July 2026. The following information identifies the website, its operator and its principal technical providers.
Novalgo does not infer or publish a private individual’s identity, address, telephone number, registration or VAT number. The operator must supply the exact contracting-entity details before accepting consumer subscriptions.
Intellectual property
The Novalgo name, software, research methods, interfaces, illustrations, visual assets and original content are protected. They may not be reproduced, resold, reverse engineered or used to train competing systems except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Terms & Sales Conditions
These conditions govern access to the Novalgo website, subscription and related software, research and technical onboarding. The customer is shown the essential characteristics, total recurring price and renewal conditions before confirming an order.
1. The service
Novalgo provides access to quantitative research, software and technical onboarding. Novalgo does not accept client deposits, take custody of client funds or operate a bank or brokerage account on a client’s behalf. The customer remains the legal owner of the brokerage account and retains direct control of the capital.
2. Ordering and acceptance
A subscription is requested through the secure checkout. Before confirmation, the customer must provide accurate contact information, review the price and renewal terms, accept these conditions and acknowledge the Risk Disclosure. Confirmation is sent electronically.
3. Payment
Payment-card details are collected and secured directly by Stripe. Novalgo does not receive or store complete card details. The applicable price and any taxes are displayed before the customer confirms the subscription.
4. Customer responsibilities
- The customer must be legally capable of entering into the subscription agreement and comply with applicable laws.
- The customer is responsible for the brokerage relationship, account configuration, capital allocation and risk limits.
- The customer must never share a main brokerage password, card details or security codes with Novalgo.
- The customer must keep contact and billing information accurate.
5. No investment advice or guaranteed outcome
Information and software provided by Novalgo are not personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on the website constitutes a promise or guarantee of profit. The customer remains responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate for their circumstances and risk tolerance.
6. Availability and changes
Novalgo may update or temporarily suspend features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product development. Material contractual or price changes are communicated in advance where required by law and do not deprive consumers of mandatory rights.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novalgo is not liable for market losses, broker outages, connectivity failures, third-party platform errors or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing framework
Mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected. The contracting entity’s registered country, governing law and competent courts must be completed with the verified operator details before commercial publication.
Price & Subscription
| Free trial | 30 days with full dashboard and onboarding access. A valid card is required, but no subscription fee is charged when the trial starts. |
|---|---|
| Trading-account path | The dashboard defaults to a Demo path using virtual funds, with no brokerage deposit required. A subscriber may choose a Live account later, subject to the broker’s availability, eligibility checks and terms. |
| First payment | €97 is charged automatically when the 30-day trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand. |
| Recurring price | €97 per month after the trial, with the final amount and any applicable taxes displayed at checkout. |
| Renewal | Automatic monthly renewal using the payment method securely stored by Stripe. |
| Commitment | No fixed minimum term. The subscription continues month to month until cancelled. |
| Cancellation effect | Cancellation during the trial avoids the first charge. After payment, cancellation prevents future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated in the confirmation. |
| Price changes | Any change is communicated before it applies. The customer may cancel before the new price takes effect. |
The subscription provides software, research and technical access. It is not a deposit, managed account, savings product or promise of financial performance.
Withdrawal & Cancellation
Cancel the subscription
The customer may cancel at any time. To avoid the first charge, a trial cancellation must be completed before the trial end date. To avoid a later renewal, the request must be submitted before the next billing date. A cancellation request should include the subscription email address but must never contain card data, passwords or security codes.
Consumer right of withdrawal
Where consumer law grants a withdrawal period for a distance contract, the consumer may exercise that right within the applicable statutory period by sending an unambiguous request. If the consumer expressly asks for the digital service to begin before that period expires, the legal consequences of early performance are explained at checkout where applicable. Mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Privacy Policy
Novalgo processes only the information needed to operate the website, manage subscriptions, provide onboarding, secure the service and respond to enquiries.
Data controller and contact
The data controller is the contracting entity identified in the Legal Notice. Until those verified entity details are inserted, privacy requests may be sent to contact@novalgofx.com.
Information collected
- Name, email address and communications sent to Novalgo.
- Subscription identifiers, status, invoices and billing history supplied by Stripe.
- Onboarding progress, selected Demo or Live path, country of residence and, if voluntarily saved, an MT5 account reference and server name. When the secure connector is used, Novalgo stores the MetaApi account identifier, CopyFactory activation state and connection status, but does not receive or store the MT5 login or password entered on MetaApi.
- If a subscriber activates CopyFactory and personal analytics: account balance, equity, positions, aggregate risk statistics and trade history required to copy the Novalgo strategy and display personal analytics. The MT5 trading password is required by MetaApi for trade execution but is not received or stored by Novalgo. Withdrawal credentials are never requested.
- Basic technical and security information required to deliver and protect the website and API.
- The privacy preference stored on the visitor’s device.
Payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe. MT5 credentials are entered directly into MetaApi so the same account connection can power CopyFactory and personal analytics. Novalgo does not receive or store either set of credentials and has no withdrawal capability.
Purposes and legal bases
| Subscription and onboarding | Performance of the subscription contract and steps requested before entering into it. |
|---|---|
| Billing and accounting | Performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations. |
| Security and fraud prevention | Legitimate interests in protecting customers, Novalgo and the service. |
| Support and complaints | Performance of the contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in resolving enquiries. |
| Optional communications | Consent where consent is required; it may be withdrawn at any time. |
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, Netlify for website hosting, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for the subscription API, and MetaApi for MT5 connectivity, CopyFactory trade replication and performance calculation. Providers receive only the data required for their role. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, Novalgo relies on an applicable transfer mechanism and the provider’s contractual and security commitments.
Retention
Account, onboarding and personal performance data is retained for the active relationship and the period required to handle legal obligations and disputes. Billing and accounting records are retained for the statutory period. Unsuccessful checkout data is not intentionally retained by Novalgo beyond operational and security needs.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to contact@novalgofx.com. A person may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
Cookies Policy
The public Novalgo site does not enable Novalgo advertising cookies or cross-site analytics. Only storage that is necessary for security, checkout and saving the visitor’s privacy preference is used.
| Privacy preference | Local browser storage remembers that the visitor has read the privacy notice. It contains no advertising identifier. |
|---|---|
| Stripe checkout | Stripe is loaded only when the visitor actively continues to secure card setup. Stripe may use technical and fraud-prevention storage necessary to provide the requested payment function. |
| Analytics and advertising | No Novalgo advertising or cross-site audience-measurement trackers are enabled on the public site. |
If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, they must remain disabled until the visitor has received clear information and made a freely given choice. Refusal must be as easy as acceptance, and consent must be withdrawable at any time.
Risk Disclosure
Trading leveraged financial instruments can result in rapid and substantial losses. A customer should never allocate money they cannot afford to lose.
Past, simulated and modelled performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Backtests, simulations, averages, charts and hypothetical projections have inherent limitations and may not reflect execution costs, liquidity, slippage, regime changes, data revisions or live trading conditions. Any scenario calculator is illustrative, not a forecast.
Demo-account limitations
A Demo account uses virtual funds and is intended to test the technical workflow without a brokerage deposit. Demo execution may not reproduce Live spreads, slippage, liquidity, latency, rejections, financing costs or the psychological effect of risking real capital. Demo results are not evidence of future Live performance.
Presentation of figures
Performance figures should be read with their source, measurement period, account conditions and drawdown. Selected gains must not be viewed in isolation from losses, volatility and the possibility of total capital loss. Links to third-party records do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
Model and technology risk
Machine-learning and quantitative models can fail, degrade or behave differently in unseen conditions. Software, internet, broker, data-provider and platform failures may delay, alter or prevent execution.
No custody and no guarantee
Novalgo does not hold or manage client funds. Funds remain in the client’s own brokerage account. This structure does not eliminate trading risk, and no return, drawdown limit, recovery period or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.
Independent assessment
Before subscribing or trading, a person should consider their knowledge, experience, objectives and financial circumstances and seek independent regulated professional advice where appropriate.
Complaints & Mediation
1. Submit a complaint
Send a written complaint to contact@novalgofx.com with the subject “Formal complaint”. Include the subscription email, relevant dates, a clear description of the issue and the resolution requested. Never include card details, passwords or security codes.
2. Review and response
Novalgo aims to acknowledge a complaint within 10 working days and provide a reasoned final response within 30 calendar days. If additional investigation is required, the customer is informed of the reason and expected timetable.
3. Consumer mediation
After first submitting a written complaint to Novalgo, an eligible consumer may refer an unresolved dispute to the appointed consumer mediator, without charge, in accordance with the mediator’s admissibility rules.
The operator must appoint an approved consumer mediator and insert its name, postal address and website here and in the sales conditions before accepting consumer subscriptions.
4. Online and public consumer support
Consumers in France may also use SignalConso to seek guidance or report a problem. This does not replace the prior written complaint or the appointed mediator’s procedure.
